Hi there guys. Me and the other djs meet and talk about few things for the improvement of fun radio and I would like to share to you few things we have discussed and agreed. This will serve also as a reminder to all the Djs and to inform the Djs who were not present. If you have comments about this matter guys feel free to give comments. 1. Streaming format. We all have agreed to use 44kbs for the High Bandwidth and 32kbs for the Low Bandwidth. 2. The DJs are required to be present while streaming. Therefore if the DJ has an important things to do and is not able to manage the stream he is oblige to cut it rather than letting it stream and stay away from keyboard. It has been agreed also that DJs are encouraged to stream only on their scheduled time not unless the DJ for the time slot is not availble but still the DJ is required to be present while streaming. 3. DJ Attitude. A DJ is required to be patient and must be respectfull to the listeners and is discouraged from saying foul words on air or in the channel. Hard Core songs are strongly discouraged. If they can't play requested songs they are oblige to inform the listener ahead and must repeat it time to time on air. Lastly they must not do crazy things that will offend the listeners. 4. Communications between DJs are very important so please share your contact information to your fellow DJs. That's all for now. Have fun guys!
